Department managers will inspire their staff to enable them to perform at their best and keep them motivated at all times, requiring excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.

Department Manager Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
• Providing weekly reports.
• Motivating and inspiring staff, facilitating personal growth.
• Ensuring high levels of productivity are maintained.
• Ensuring the highest levels of quality are met.
• Communicating job expectations to staff.
• Conducting training for continued skills improvement.
• Fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• · Uphold and be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Department Manager Requirements:

• Office/Department Manager experience.
• Results driven.
• Self-motivated and confident.
• Highly organized and diligent.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
