Job description

The Aesthetician at our spa is in charge of providing all spa services for clients and creating an environment that is safe and relaxing. She will also be responsible for educating clients about our products and the benefits of each service. She must work closely with each client to ensure their needs are met and will be expected to help clients make informed decisions about their medical needs.

Essential Duties :

• Confer with clients about their cosmetology objectives.
• Analyze skin type in order to figure out an appropriate plan of action.
• Select a procedure that best conforms to the needs of the client.
• Provide education to clients regarding procedure to be performed.
• Give clients an overview of the products that will be used during procedures.
• Ask clients if they are allergic to any products.
• Steam skin to prepare it for facial treatments.
• Administer facial masques and remove blackheads
• Perform exfoliation treatments and remove blackheads and unnecessary hair.
• Perform skin toning procedures.
• Carry out chemical peels and micro-dermabrasion treatments.
• Recommend home care regimes for skincare.
• Attempt to sell the clinic’s products to clients.
• Escort guests to procedure rooms.
• Prepare procedure rooms prior to each procedure.
• Manage the overall inventory of products.
• Ensure that all equipment used in therapies is always cleaned and maintained.
• Take client medical history and record all information in database.'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
