Our office is looking for people interested in joining a competitive, supportive sales team environment. The right person will be motivated, hardworking, detail oriented with strong communication skills. Individuals who have been in a competitive sports environment and respond well to coaching tend to do great in this position.

Duties to include:

In-home selling. Inspect and show your expertise in the remodeling of residential bathrooms (we teach that). Create excitement, develop strong relationships, and write orders. Develop and maintain customer/client relationships. Make detailed notes and drawings of the remodel project. Learn and follow a proven sales system exactly.

Your territory is throughout Northern AZ.

Qualifications: The selected Design Consultant will have experience with the following:

- Proficient in communicating/computer skills – Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat.

- Ability to meet or exceed goals and deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills.

- The desire to feel part of a team and learn with a group of individuals to learn and improve your selling skills.

- Your own IPad or Tablet, we furnish all software-.

- Professional appearance.

We will do background checks.
