Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Expertixation in H/W and softeare troubleshooting of Desktops/Laptops/Printers.
- Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
- Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
- Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
- Extend computer support for systems’ software and hardware.
- Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
- Helping Central Teams in resolving SCCM / AD / Sharepoint / Printer logic / O365 / Application related activities.
- Should have sound knowledge on Desktop and Hardware domains.
- Shoud have sound knowledge on Windows Operating Systems (Windows10)
- Basic network knowledge (LAN / WAN / Wi-fi)
- Assist with Hardware devices with global team(s).
- Assist global team(s) during P1/P2 outages.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
o Level 2 Ticket Management – Incident and Request
o Remote Troubleshooting – Hardware/software
o Knowledge Management – Definition of opportunities, Creation of documentation
o Driving improvement with users (ongoing education on technical process improvements, etc.) and through improvements of our GSD scripts and self service offerings/forms
o Security Management – Users, Functional Accounts, Menus
o Data Extracts – On-request reports for end-users
