Role Responsibilities

· Working in a client managed environment to install, configure, validate, and troubleshoot Dell computers (desktops & Laptops) and associated peripherals

· Coordinates with Client End User on expectations and availability to conducted Managed Client Services.

· Performs basic hardware trouble shooting, parts replacement, warranty support, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus / remote locations

· Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps

· Installs, maintains, and optimizes desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites

· Strives to meet all Customer Satisfaction Goals

· Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches using Customer ticketing tool

· Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service or repair

· Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures

· Diagnose and resolve product performance problems

· Works with team to support achievement of project milestones and deliver on internal and/or external commitments

· Good organizational skills

· Maintaining equipment stock / parts locker

· Completing job reports

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
