Desktop Support Technician
Job description
Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the Drafting Department. This is a hands-on position that will require one to troubleshoot, maintain, install and repair of computer hardware.
Job Description:
- Provide support for various hardware/software troubleshooting repairs as needed
- Install and test computers and related devices/software
- Ability to manage required desktop, laptop and software support activities
- Escalate issues to appropriate IT Teams as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Capability to lift and carry personal computer and networking equipment (50 lbs+)
- One (1) year of experience performing desktop help desk, network, and audio-visual support functions.
- Able to install Windows 10 and configuring systems
- Microsoft XP experience
- Great communication skills
- High aptitude for troubleshooting problems
- Knowledge of Anvil (plus)
Compensation
- Salary Range: $44,000 to $45,760 annually
- Non-exempt Position
