We are rapidly growing and expanding our team. We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our family. We are offering a hiring incentive just for you, $2,500

Matco Services is a full-service HVAC company that provides service, repair, maintenance and replacement to commercial and residential customers in the DFW Area.

We are growing, family owned and been in business for 45 years in this area and was a Semi-finalist with American Standard 2019 Built to a Higher Standard award.

We are looking for team members that are proficient in performing precision tune-ups with the ability to perform HVAC repairs and present options to customers. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Excellent communication skills and customer service.

2 plus years of service experience

· Able to diagnose issues to root cause

· A clean driving record

· Clean background

· Clean drug test

· Have a TX HVAC tech Registration and EPA certification

Must be able to diagnose, service, perform maintenance on residential systems and have been exposed to mini splits.

SALARY- WE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE. WE ARE HOURLY PLUS SPIFFS AND COMMISSION, and ON-CALL STIPEND

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.67 - $35.40 per hour
