Die Setter/ Press Operator
Pay rate: Up to $23/hr, dependent on exp.

Co. is a metal stamping facility
Openings on 2nd shift - Hours: 3PM - 11PM (.40 shift prem.) OT and Saturdays when necessary
Responsibilities:
Set progressive and blanking dies.
Will set dies with a manually operated die cart (dies slides into press bed); dies aren’t very large that they require lift trucks or hoists.
Loading and starting steel coils into the press Set-up and runs 35 - 200T high speed presses.
Will use computerized die setting controls.
Performs first-piece and in-process inspections.
Removing and replacing tooling from the press.
Supports other die setters, press operators or other production personnel whenever quality or production problems occur.
Participates in continuous improvement processes.
Keeping area clean.
Participates as a member of the Manufacturing team.
Follows all safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
Must have die set up exp.
Must be able to operate both hi lo and crane hoists.
Must wear steel toed boots.
Must have good communication skills, attendance and be a team player.
Must be able to pass a background check, physical/drug screen.
Must be able to work overtime and Saturday
