View Ridge Care Center has a full time Dietary Aide position available in our Dietary Department. The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting with meal preparation, setting up dining trays and carts, washing and sanitizing dishes and cooking utensils, and following a kitchen cleaning schedule. We offer competitive pay and benefits. An applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview.

** Qualified Dietary Aides candidates will possess the following skills:

Have a passion to work with the elderly

Effective listening skills

Clear and concise communication

Ability to work independently or as a team player

Ability to multi-task

Great attendance and attitude
