Job Summary:
The Dietary Assistant provides services in the preparation, service and sanitation of foods in the cafeteria, patient services and special functions. Provides indirect patient care through meal service. Communication is required outside of the work group of exchange work related information. Strong customer services skills to appropriately interact with coworkers and customers
Education:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
Licensure/Certifications:
ServSafe Certification preferred
Experience:
One (1) year of relevant food or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to learn Meditech software preferred.
