Job description

We are looking for Dietary cooks to help us provide for the nutritional needs of our Long Term Care Facility residents. In this role, you will cook and serve food that follows specific, predetermined standards and nutritional or dietary guidelines. This role is essential to the health of our guests, so we are looking for someone with experience in both food preparation and nutrition. Applicants with experience in elderly care or cooking for individuals with strict dietary restrictions is highly desirable.

Dietary Cook Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepper food that adheres to the nutritional need of our guess
• Follow portion control standards
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Inform staff about daily specials.
• Ensure appealing plate presentation.

Dietary Cook Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience with food preparation and nutrition

Available Shifts:

Morning 6am - 2pm

Evening 12pm - 8pm

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
