Job description
THE PURPOSE:
The Digital Key Account Specialist- Amazon will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure that the digital-based accounts are handled to support growth. Data upload for accounts will meet deadlines and be verified for accuracy. The role focuses on growing all current and new digital accounts business by weekly PO and shipping execution, product and sales analysis, and forecasting product needs, and marketing.
THE ROLE:
- Manage all data inputs into Amazon Vendor Central, Zappos.com, and any new digital accounts
- Manage and monitor all marketing spend to increase sales and ROAS
- Interface with Microsoft Advertising teams to manage ad spending and increase the Zappos.com business
- Analyze the business at the SKU level (style, color, size) to make smart buying recommendations by account
- Actively seek out new online portals to do business with and execute those that are approved
- Be an Amazon Vendor Central sales support expert: internal and external logistics pro
- Create Amazon templates for each division and category
- Upload and activate/deactivate styles based on seasonal wholesale buys and obsolete product
- Partner with internal marketing to update True Religion editorial content on all accounts and ensure assets are on-brand and current
- Create a True Religion Brand Store and consistently update it to drive sales
- Serve as primary liaise with production, merchandising, and planning to ensure all line content is delivered on time
- Work with the IT team to maintain processes and be more efficient
- Manage the order process from beginning to end for men’s and women’s divisions
- Follow up with production on WIP to ensure maximum fulfillment
- Price management
- Work with Amazon Vendor Manager and Amazon Marketing teaks to maximize sales and ROAS
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to update on shipping forecasts, inventory needs, and marketing progress: weekly, monthly, and yearly

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have Amazon experience
- Fashion industry knowledge is helpful with knowledge of Retail Math a plus
- MS Office with very strong Excel skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
