What You Will Be Doing

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing team at WilmerHale by posting content to our website, collaborating with the web team and external vendors and supporting social media promotion and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a large role in auditing Firm and competitor websites, preparing analytics reports and reviewing and updating firm contacts as needed. This role also serves as a webinar technical resource to the Firm and manages training documentation.

About This Role

  • Regularly updates website content and manages advanced web-related tasks Works with website vendor to log reported issues, enhancement requests, and monitor ticket status.
  • Assists in creation and management of email marketing campaigns.
  • Reviews and updates firm's CRM contacts and marketing lists.
  • Performs website audits and competitor site analysis.
  • Assists in preparation of web and social media analytics reports.
  • Supports social media promotion for various firm platforms.
  • Serves as technical resource for firm's webinar platform.
  • Manages Digital Marketing team user manuals, reference guides, and other documentation ensuring they meet requirement, are user-friendly and current. Performs special projects as requested by Client Development leadership team.
  • Displays professionalism, quality service and a "can do" attitude to internal members/departments of the firm as well as external clients and vendors via electronic and print correspondence, over the telephone and in-person.

Your Qualifications/What You Will Bring

  • Experience with content management, email marketing, and client relationship management systems, and comfort with learning new technology platforms required.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to coordinate complex content development and approval process required.
  • Superior oral and written communications skills required.
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills and demonstrated abilities to handle multiple projects at a time and tight deadlines required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team required.

Education

  • BA/BS required.

Experience

  • 1 + year of experience as a digital marketing professional required.
  • Experience working in a professional services role preferred, legal experience a plus.
