This position will be located in Stow, Ohio, and will work on a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays from home and Tuesdays through Thursdays in office.

You will develop and lead Internet marketing programs, online marketing techniques, and online advertising efforts to support organizational needs and goals. You will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns on product and franchisees across all digital channels (mobile, SEO, SEM, email).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and oversee a variety of digital demand generation marketing programs including, but not limited to: search marketing, email marketing, online advertising, supplier affiliates and sponsorships, mobile, viral, virtual, and emerging media.
  • Increase site traffic and quality of visits, build membership in email subscriptions, and increase product trial/purchase intent.
  • Manage online marketing initiatives such as web strategy and development, paid search and organic search, web promotions, email campaigns.
  • Analyze website and web campaign performance to make ongoing adjustments and recommendations to improve return on investments.
  • Manage relationship with agencies and vendors in order to deliver marketing programs on time and within budget.
  • Manage creative execution of all digital marketing campaigns including design, layout, copy & promotions.
  • Work with Marketing Communications Manager to ensure brand message consistency.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and recommend online strategies to meet and exceed brand goals. Lead and execute upon these defined programs within the agreed upon deadline and budget parameters.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy and budget.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of focused and vibrant, global viral online communities for Matco and Matco distributors via blogging, social media (Twitter, Facebook, digital media sites), social networking, and targeted online communities to increase awareness and market validation.
  • Create and measure impact of demand generation through viral channels, and manage all social media outlets.
  • Increase site traffic and quality of visits, build membership in loyalty programs, and increase product trial/purchase intent.
  • Keep informed of new internet, digital mediums/technologies and consumer outreach vehicles in order to make strategic recommendations on ways our brands can best leverage them.
  • Bachelors degree in a marketing related field
  • 5-7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels and A/B and multivariant experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
