Your Job

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving online leads through search engine optimization and search engine marketing for B2B clients. You create and implement SEO and PPC strategy to achieve client growth goals. You work directly with your own clients and advise marketing consultants on SEO and PPC strategy in their accounts. You guide and direct our SEO and PPC execution team. You keep abreast of current and innovative SEO and PPC strategies to enhance client results. You use data analytics to determine what to adjust to increase conversions and achieve clients’ individual goals.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading, developing, and implementing SEO and PPC strategy in client accounts. You have a track record of successful PPC campaigns with AdWords with a minimum combined total spend of $1 Million, and of successfully increasing website traffic and conversions using SEO strategies. You are experienced managing clients’ SEO and PPC on a daily basis, getting hands-on when necessary, and collaborating with others to implement it. You have an outstanding attention to detail. You dive into analytics to improve SEO and PPC performance. You take responsibility for clients’ success. You are an excellent collaborator and enjoy sharing what you know with peers and clients while also learning from them.

Our unique approach looks at the whole picture: sales, marketing, and leadership to help B2B companies generate more leads and revenue. SEO and PPC are foundation elements of our approach. This is a full-time, remote work position. We are a fully remote company. You do not have to reside in Denver but must reside in the continental United States.

Your Role

  • Learn our SEO and PPC processes and combine them with your existing SEO and PPC knowledge.
  • Manage and implement SEO and PPC for an assigned set of clients. Lead and collaborate with the support team.
  • Assist with SEO and PCC development and implementation where necessary and appropriate.
  • Direct creation, implementation, and optimization of SEO and PPC, including copy, creation, landing pages, ad groups, dynamic text ads, extensions, tag management.
  • Direct and enhance SEO strategy to improve clients’ organic rankings, traffic, traffic quality, and conversions.
  • Direct and enhance the PPC strategy to improve clients’ ad traffic and lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with and advise marketing consultants to guide SEO and PPC strategy in their accounts.
  • Audit clients’ websites to determine the current state of optimization and identify adjustments to improve SEO results.
  • Audit clients’ digital ad performance to identify adjustments to increase results. Conduct A/B tests.
  • Analyze SEO and PPC performance data to increase results and proactively make recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Stay abreast of current, evolving, and innovative SEO and PPC strategies, analyses, and trends to incorporate into existing programs.
  • Identify, recommend, and test new SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Create reports and present to clients on strategy and project development, timelines, and results.

Your Education and Experience

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum 4 years’ experience implementing SEO and PPC. You are experienced directing and enhancing SEO and PPC strategy for companies under $10M annual revenue. You have a proven track record of success.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 4+ years architecting, managing, and executing SEO and PPC.
  • A track record of successful PPC campaigns with AdWords with a minimum combined total spend of $1 Million.
  • A track record of successfully increasing website traffic and conversions using SEO strategies.
  • Expertise with advanced lead tracking management.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing data analytics tools.
  • Excellent data and analysis skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel.
  • A deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, processes, and industry leading toolsets.
  • Expertise in conducting online keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Technical WordPress and CSS skills as related to technical SEO.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to clients and peers, utilizing data and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Agency experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
