Digital Marketing Strategist – South Burlington, VT:
Vermont Federal Credit Union is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Strategist out of our Kennedy Drive Location.
The Digital Marketing Strategist will play an active role in the overall marketing strategy development and execution for the Credit Union. This role will be responsible for all Social Media platforms and paid media planning tactics, including Search, Programmatic, Display, Print, Television, Radio, Direct Mail, etc. and will work with third-party media planning partners as well. This individual will have proficiency in the Google Suite of Tools as well as experience in requesting and reviewing proposals from media vendors. Experience in Google Analytics and or the HubSpot CRM platform would be beneficial. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Marketing Department in the selection and attendance at key Sponsorship events throughout the year, and will often act as a Brand Ambassador at events. Ad agency experience or experience in a corporate marketing role is preferred.
Job Description:
- Works strategically with brand marketing to implement, measure and report on ad campaigns.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to utilize data to improve member outreach.
- Provides operational support in all marketing areas and provide accurate, professional and timely support within budget guidelines.
- Actively manage media buying process including Programmatic, Search and Social.
- Manage and deploy Google ads. Manage media billing process.
- Review and synthesize website data analytics.
- Deliver outstanding service that is in alignment with the Credit Union’s Service Promises.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite of Tools: Campaign Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics.
- Two to five years of similar or related experience.
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
- A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
