Position Summary

The Director of EPM within the Finance Systems team will play a critical role in ensuring success across the project phases.
The objective of the Finance Systems team is to work with both Finance and Technology teams to understand business requirements, identify/provide technical recommendations, oversee the build, and deliver the technical solutions to continuously improve and evolve the finance systems
The aim is to deliver improved control, automation, simplification, and convergence using next generation technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
10+ years of experience managing ERM Systems with a strong understanding of Accounting and Planning concepts
Have conducted at least 3 EPM implementations:
Oracle EPM suite of FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS and EDMCS required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Big picture thinker with the ability to understand end to end processes
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cloud-based systems (SAAS)
Ability to manage a number of complex, fast-moving projects at one time
Strong project management skills to ensure resources are effectively deployed
Strong understanding of system configuration and linkages
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $206,250 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
