Minimum Requirements

You are a UX designer with at least 5 years of direct UX design experience. You have a desire to have an impact within a large organization and have measurable results directly associated with your design work. You will overlook product designers and work in and out of projects supporting multiple Enterprise initiatives. You are known for fast execution, data driven design, organization, empathy, and strategic thinking. You love to communicate through visuals, delight the customer, research customer behaviors, uncover new ways of doing business (internally and externally), as well as navigate complex organizations. You are service driven and okay with getting your hands dirty. You must be customer driven delighting customers and comfortable working across projects executing swiftly.

This role will be on a new team to shape extraordinary experiences for people and structure long-term value for the business. You will have an impact on the design direction of digital experiences across the Enterprise as well as how we function as an organization. As a digital user experience designer, you must be able to work closely with UX, Product, Analytics, IT, and Business Unit teams to execute work and consistently provide recommendations and thought leadership. You feel comfortable being empowered in your role and can work collaboratively and autonomously seamlessly. You are a great strategic designer and communicator and can update leadership on progress in concise informative communications.

Primary Functions

o Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasurability associated with a digital product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users

o Assists the Digital Strategy team in development of overall strategy focusing on the User Experience design

o Helps develop best practices and processes to ensure consistently holistic, delightful, and exceptional digital experiences for our customers across the enterprise; ensures new digital design is implemented with enterprise design, experience standards, and design systems and governance

o Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed

o Take a user-centered design approach to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products to rapidly test and iterate your designs

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company

o Analyze customer responses and website data to examine how experiences are performing

o May create surveys for research as needed through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products

o May review user stories and requirements to ensure designs have been documented and executed properly

o Involved with evaluating and measuring the outcome for each design sprint to provide recommendations on how best to improve the overall product design and collaboration between cross-functional teams

o Use storytelling to communicate high-level concepts and research insights in presentations, reports, and workshops
