Direct Care Job Summary

$500.00 Hiring Bonus! Needing a flexible schedule? We have immediate openings for dependable and caring Direct Care Staff to work in licensed homes located in Clarkston, Ortonville and White Lake. We operate 24 hours a day/seven days a week.

Direct Care Staff Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

• Direct Care supervising and assisting with ADL's
• Passing Medications
• Cooking/Cleaning
• Transporting residents to and from activities and/or appointments

Direct Care Staff Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Michigan Driver's License
• Have a clear criminal history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to attend required Direct Care Staff/MORC training

What we offer:

• $500.00 Hiring Bonus - one time bonus once introductory period is successfully completed.
• Direct Care Staff start out at $14.00 and are paid to go through training. Wage increases to $15.00 once successfully completed.
• We offer days, afternoon and midnight shifts or a combination of shifts.
• Flexible schedules for both full and part time.
