SERVICE: Center for New Americans
HOURS: Monday thru Friday; 15–20 hours per week - Flexible
RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, the candidate will be required to work with a caseload of individuals and provide wrap around services to arrivals from the date of their arrival to a maximum of five years. Other duties include on-going case management and assisting individuals in identifying and overcoming barriers to become self-sufficient. This position will also require you to provide community referrals for school enrollment, Department of Social Services, and adjustment of status. The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail orientated, and possess the ability to multi-task.
QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree and/or or the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. The successful candidate should be a self starter, detail orientated, and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis. Additionally, the candidate should have strong administrative skills and have skills in Microsoft office. Preference will be given to those who are bilingual; specifically to those who speak Ukrainian.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
