Independence Advocates of Maine is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Team Northern Division Team in Patten and Island Falls. DSPs provide direct support to clients to help them live their best lives, be it at home, at their jobs, or within their communities- always meeting clients where they are and honoring choice.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 17 years old
• DSP certification preferred
• Able to pass agency background, driver's license, proof of vaccination requirements
• Have a strong desire to assist those with disabilities to achieve their dreams
• Ability to be a positive, productive team member who is flexible and likes to have fun
