Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Hiring Immediately $22-27/hr
One of the agencies of the largest secretariat in the commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks caring and compassionate applicants for the role of Direct Support Professional . You will provide direct care services and assist them with the activities of daily living
What to know:
- $22-27/hr pay rate
- No Weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs;
- Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals’ human rights
- Aid in daily living activities, such as household maintenance, self-care and hygiene, food shopping and preparation, budgeting, leisure activities, and social skills;
- Attend individuals’ meetings and accompany them to various appointments; drive state vehicles to transport individuals to work, recreational and other activities;
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid, current driver's license
- ADL experience of at least 6 months, required
- CPR and First Aid certification is required
- Must pass the Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
- Dependable, reliable, and caring
