DSP Connections is recruiting highly skilled DSPs who have experience working with complex support plans for individuals with I/DD. You will be providing care according to and following an extensive behavior support plan and/or Medical protocols.

Salary: $26.00/hour

Shifts: 3-12 hour shifts, Weekends, evenings, and overnights

Locations: Traveling DSP and Single home placement

Candidates must have:

• Experience working with the I/DD community (2 years or more)
• Oregon Intervention System (OIS) Training (Preferred)
• Valid and current CPR/First Aid Card (30-day grace period)
• Ability to follow a Positive Behavior Support Plan and/or medical protocols
• Possess knowledge of high behavior traits to include SIB and/or physical aggression
• Be able to work "outside of the box"
• Pass a criminal background check
• The ability to work 6-12/hr shifts
• Valid Driver's License
• Have reliable transportation available for each shift
• Work full time or part-time
