We are looking for a professional services leader to help grow our Employee Experience (EX) capabilities while delivering high-quality implementations.

The role of an EX Director is multi-fold:

• Ensure successful project delivery: Manage a cross-functional team of functional Consultants, implementation specialists, and architects to ensure successful delivery of all our EX projects. Provide technical/functional direction to teams, manage a portfolio of projects and programs to ensure successful delivery using our proprietery INRY methodology.
• Act as a subject matter specialist: Keep abreast of emerging trends across HR, IT industry and ServiceNow. Be a credible leader through hands-on experience with the ability to quickly leverage extended INRY and non-INRY networks to support the team.
• Build the practice: Hire, lead, coach, and develop the team. Provide engagement feedback to the INRY team continually to improve team performance, and delivery methodology.
• Partner relationships: Build exceptional, partner-of-choice relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders, including product teams, product line sales, and other subject matter specialists.
• Offshore Delivery Connect: Ability to work seamlessly with peers from INRY's offshore development center as an extended arm.

Job requirements

• Global management experience in a professional services organization in one (or more) of the following functions (required): HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, HRIS Project manager for platforms like ServiceNow (Preferably), Oracle, Workday, etc.
• 8+ years of experience building or working with high performing teams
• Experience designing and developing service capabilities and managing/delivering service portfolios
• Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
• Experience giving presentations. Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong people development, including coaching and mentoring for consulting roles
• Ability to present technical and services business concepts in a comprehensive and concise manner
• Ability to interface and develop relationships with clients and partners
• Willingness to work in multi-disciplinary projects to drive enterprise work modernization
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
