The Director is responsible for the all media financials and process for a book of business and/or Power of One initiatives. The Director is the key point of contact for the brand procurement relationship. Responsible for staffing, revenue projections, and process development, the Director partners with a Business Lead to execute on operationally driving client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for flawless execution of project management of media deliverables and financial compliance
Holds monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to confirm revenue, project pacing, and client P&L
Accountable for Revenue Forecast document accuracy and business lead approval
Expert at creating, relaying and abiding Client best practices in regards to scoping, invoicing, and financial tracking. Owns the revision or enhancement of those processes.
Main point of contact for procurement of and procurement deliverables of large to inter-agency Power-of-One clients
Leads brand client financial discussions and has independent accountability
Escalation point of contact for day-to-day brand clients
Expert at creating, relaying and abiding Client and Agency best practices in regards to scoping, invoicing, and financial tracking. Owns the oversight of the team to revise or enhance those processes.
Implements rollout of new systems and processes across Power-of-One clients and agencies
Arbiter of executed Master Service Agreement (MSAs) terms
Supervises a team, and manages expectations for Agency Operations Project Managers
Requirements
Advanced ability to identify potential risks, to proactively problem solve and to create efficiencies
Approaches client financials and scopes from a holistic perspective
Expert understanding of revenue forecasting at the client level
Expert project management skills, time management skills and process development & integration
Expert in pricing and scoping, so that able to “gut” price work
Advanced knowledge of all media categories and how they connect (Planning, Strategy, Platforms, Analytics, etc)
Advanced problem solver, for increasingly complex issues. Can make sound business decisions, independently
Advanced to expert Excel skills
