About This Opportunity:
The Director of Sales will be supporting the Dollar Tree partnership at InComm Payments and reporting into the SVP, Sales. This person will manage and oversee all operational aspects of account relationship, including launch, billing, reporting, operational processes, merchandising, product mix, inventory and replenishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Management responsibilities:
    • New product opportunities
    • Oversee all POGs and JDA for InComm and retailer
    • Oversee fixture resets
    • Manage Fixture POs
    • Oversee and manage ad hoc special projects
    • Off cycle initiatives to drive business
    • New product launch set-up and testing
    • Manages merchandising relationship
    • Drive, support, execute 3rd party Merchandising projects
    • Manage all new products set up and testing
  • Sales
  • Work with Product teams on new launches and assortment additions
  • Track and manage sales, budget, and multi-use fund
  • Special projects including presentations, quarterly business reviews, and partner meetings
  • Support Sr. Vice President on new product and program opportunities
  • Leadership
  • Build relationships with all contacts on site at retailer including Buying Team, Space Planning, Store Operations, Sales Audit, IT, and Fraud
  • Managing and training Account Managers
  • Support
  • POS initiatives, testing, trouble shooting and support
  • Escalated customer service issues
  • Fraud reporting and merchant support
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience
  • Experience with analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, and other internal tools.
  • Ability to present in from executive leadership as well as partners
  • Strong PowerPoints skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing or Finance preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Good or Retailing industry preferred
  • Category Management/Trade Marketing
  • Sales, Marketing or Finance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of marketing and sales processes
  • Understanding of category management process and principles
  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting models (e.g. regression, triple exponential smoothing, etc.)
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of Space to Sales analysis
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Experience in Tableau or PowerBI a plus
