Job description

At ExecOnline, we believe that leaders are within us and among us, which is why we strive to inspire others by creating a future-forward path. Our mission? To connect all leaders to their future potential.
In partnership with the world's top business schools, we deliver career-enhancing programs for leaders and meaningful impact for enterprises. We're growing rapidly, and we're hiring passionate, diverse, mission-driven talent to grow with us.

As the Director of Leadership Coaching, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our leadership coaching products. You will set up, manage, and systematize processes and workflows to deliver on key strategic goals in a way that is grounded in our values. You will then collaborate with cross-functional partners to systematize solutions while maintaining attentive and personalized service to our learners. This role will touch on every aspect of the learner lifecycle, helping our operation scale ways that are beneficial for learners, client companies, coaches, and ExecOnline.
An ideal candidate thrives in a service-oriented operational environment. They are comfortable managing end-to-end programs with a high degree of autonomy, but are equally adept at connecting operational decisions back to overall strategic goals through data. They are both highly logical thinkers who are thinking 5 steps ahead, and highly systematic thinkers who can generate scalable solutions. This is a perfect role for a strong problem-solver who is also a strong operator, leader, and influencer. Experience and proven achievements with SaaS companies and products and online delivery of learning (Ed-Tech) experience is essential.
In this role you will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of our coaching products by setting up, managing, and scaling our operational processes and workflows
  • Manage the coaching operations team and the day-to-day logistics needed to run our participant-facing operations and report on progress towards operational KPI's
  • Resolve exceptions; detecting escalation opportunities through data and resolving them with focus on learner interests
  • Work autonomously and as part of a broader Product team, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, and scaling factors
  • Masterfully influence, collaborate and communicate across diverse stakeholders, including regular engagement with learners, coaches, operations, tech, client success, account management, instructional design, and support.
  • Design optimization systems that can scale, defining requirements that can enable operationalization or productization
  • Directly leads a team of 2 managers and oversees a team of contractors

What positions you for success:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations management, program management, or project management role in a SaaS and/or Ed-Tech company
  • 2+ years of people management and team leadership experience preferred
  • Skilled at analyzing problems and driving decisions through data
  • Proven ability to quickly climb new learning curves and take action
  • Experience owning a process or system; ability to master an existing complex process and think critically about ways to make it even better
  • Strong logical and operational thinking
  • Strong oral and written communication skills- can communicate findings clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive forward process improvements

At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $95,000-$140,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate. Sales roles will also be eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
