Position Purpose:

Here at New Creations, we are seeking to hire a communications and family relations director who will be responsible for communicating and promoting our company's decade long commitment to safe, loving, educational, and faith-based child care for the families and communities we serve.

This position is also responsible for training and coaching all site directors how to appropriately respond to any situation they may encounter when interacting with staff and parents.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or any related field

Demonstrates qualities of an effective leader

Site Director experience under DHS Rule 3

Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail

3 plus years of experience with related tasks

Physical/Environmental Requirements-

Extensive sitting and computer work

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Office applications and ADP

Light travel to all New Creations locations
