Job Description:
This position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Be a trusted advisor/consultant to the business with and through the People Strategy team by building the necessary relationships to drive business results through talent-related strategies- Engage and consult with senior leaders on build/buy strategies to meet the long-term needs of the business, aligning with business and people strategies
- Build and scale enterprise approaches, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure a skilled workforce including:
o Executive Development
o Assessment Strategies
o Strategic Workforce Planning
o Talent and Succession Planning
o Executive Coaching Engagements
- Make strategic connections between Talent Program strategies and that of other HR teams, such as HR People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Workforce Analytics
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with external partners who support executive recruitment and development
- Lead a team of direct reports and cross-functional project team members
- Partners with AVP, Talent Management, and the HR Leadership Team further articulate and deliver the strategy for executive talent management
- Analyzes and articulates Executive Development metrics and key performance indicators to drive awareness and strategic approaches
- Drive the organization towards a culture of learning and continual growth
- Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree preferred
- Skilled consultant with experience engaging and influencing at the executive level and across all levels of the organization
- Highly credible with the right amount of professional gravitas and sound judgment to engage at the executive level and can maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential information
- Well versed with Talent and Succession planning, leadership assessment and development and Change Management
- Adept communicator who demonstrates clear, thoughtful, structured, and concise written and verbal communications.
- Must be a visionary & creative individual
- Have distinct Data Analysis and storytelling skills
- Must be comfortable around senior leadership and have executive presence
- Fluent with technology and latest industry trends
- Highly collaborative in nature with strong relationship building and partnering skills
- Good at negotiation and likes to get to the heart of the matter
- Comfortable with navigating through ambiguity
