The Director of Field Operations Role:
We are looking for a Director of Field Operations to lead all aspects of operations within the Laundrolab business, including franchise operations, corporate owned stores, and any other operating facility within the Laundrolab/2ULaundry spectrum. This role will succeed in growing the business through partnerships with our Franchisees and developing operations for corporate-owned locations. The Director of Field Operations will lean into efficiency, quality, and strategy equally, ultimately driving customer satisfaction while leading from the front and building a strong team to support rapid expansion.
As the Director of Field Operations, you will lead the operations within the different locations while prioritizing the disruption of the laundry care industry in effort to establish the nation's best, most reliable clothing care company.
This role directly reports to our Chief Operating Officer.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of Field Operations role?
- Deliver the results of all franchise and store controlled operations with a focus on decreasing DPMO while increasing efficiency and margin
- Plan, staff and execute to the wash/dry/fold customer demand for 2ULaundry
- Create policies and procedures for both franchise partnerships and corporate operations
- Utilize “to be built” forecasting to optimize labor planning and scheduling
- Utilize data analysis as the baseline for all decision making
- Own and decision P&L results and targeted KPIs
- Establish short and long term strategic initiatives
- Hire and develop a team of A players to support aggressive growth targets
- Standardize and improve processes that can be rolled out to all stores nationwide

What are the requirements for the Director of Field Operations role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Operations - Experience in fulfillment or service industry preferred
- Franchise Partner/Business Coach experience
- Experience with delivery operations
- Operations Launch experience preferred
- 6 Sigma/Lean exposure preferred
- Multi-location Leadership experience
