We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Director of Learning to join our corporate team. This position will create and maintain training and development content and ensure that they are strategically linked to our company’s mission and values. The Director of Learning develops, designs, implements and evaluates our compliance, new hire, operational, and management training programs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and strategy. This role identifies training and development requirements by conducting needs analyses, evaluating job requirements, identifying operational problems, and forecasting future expansion. This position ensures the organization is operating in compliance with federal and state laws/requirements.

The Director of Learning is based in Scottsdale, AZ and may require occasional travel to our clinics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design systems and processes that enhance employee knowledge and organizational capabilities.
  • Develop training programs through planning, budgeting, communication, and administration.

· Design and lead programs that are based on proven frameworks to assess and accelerate the development of our employees and leaders.

  • Apply principles of adult learning, learning styles, and various instructional design approaches and processes to learning solutions.
  • Create organizational culture through communication strategies that align with company values.
  • Review new technologies for training applications and recommend effective uses to leadership.
  • Assess learning and development programs and solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance to the needs of the changing business.
  • Partner with our legal department to support the execution of recurring compliance training.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPI’s), track program metrics and assess programs effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, leading learning & development functions

· Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred.

· Strong project management and organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work across the organization to identify departmental talent development needs, develop curriculum, and integrate into an annual calendar and plan.

· Previous success implementing learning programs, especially e-learning, spanning large groups of learners.

· Knowledge of principles of adult learning, instructional design and facilitation techniques, including blended learning, e-learning, etc.

· Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.

· Possess consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to travel, as required to conduct training, attend meetings and other work-related events as scheduled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
