Floral Home Care is looking to hire experienced Director of Marketing & Business Development to join our Marketing Team.

High Salary + Commission & Bonuses for qualified Director of Marketing & Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Help build and lead a team of Marketers
• Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
• Develop new referral sources in the community
• Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - with visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
• Promote our professional services within the community.
• Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
• Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up
• Event coordination and community liaison

Job Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Director of Marketing & Business Development in a Home Care Agency.
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs important

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
