Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is looking for a high-energy, positive attitude, team-minded individual to join our team! This position is essential for the success of our Goodwill. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

· Evaluate, develop, and coordinate marketing strategy and efforts.

· Design marketing collateral for website(s), social media, in-store digital displays, email marketing, and print.

· Plan, organize and direct all fundraising efforts including special events such as the Goodwill Charity Shoot and Annual Campaign, and any potential capital campaigns.

· Coordinate special events such as barbeques, soup luncheons, annual dinner, holiday party, etc.

· Maintain company website.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least five (5) years marketing and development preferred

• Proficient in utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical stamina to work at least 40 hours per week.

• Ability to oversee and perform delivery, set-up, and tear down of materials/equipment as needed forvarious special events.
