Our high-growth company is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join our fast-paced management team. This position will play a vital role in developing and managing The Rogers Healy Companies' marketing strategies, including social media, digital marketing, and creative design. The Director of Marketing will work closely with the CEO, Rogers Healy, to establish and execute a clear marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities:

● Plan, develop, and execute an effective marketing strategy to increase the value and performance of Rogers Healy and Associates

● Develop brand and marketing campaigns across The Rogers Healy Companies that engage, inform, and motivate existing and potential customers

● Monitor agent accounts for consistent brand marketing and messaging

● Manage ads and contracts

● Work with Rogers Healy’s personal brand team to create consistent messaging

● Effectively communicate marketing recommendations to Rogers Healy and the Rogers Healy brand team

● Lead marketing team through agent communication, including website manual and back office systems

● Monitor housing market trends for product, consumer and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues

● Use internal and external data to help measure the performance of all marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary

● Provide ROI analysis before, during and after campaigns and/or strategies

● Organize and maintain company-wide calendar of marketing initiatives, vertical priorities, and needs

● Coach and develop direct reports

Requirements:

● 3-5 years of marketing experience, including previous experience managing professional staff members

● Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

● Prior Real Estate Knowledge preferred

● Previous experience developing structured marketing plans a plus

● Copywriting experience; examples will be requested

● Experience working with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to coordinate and work with others

● Superior organizational skills

● High Energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Effective problem-solving skills in one-on-one interactions and group situations

● Proficient in using Adobe Products/Microsoft Products/Google Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
