As Jackson Hewitt’s Director of Marketing for the Tax Resolution business, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for diving in and indirectly leading a growing team of marketers while overseeing and driving the Tax Resolution’s marketing strategy, planning and execution of go-to-market plans – directly accountable for business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the Jackson Hewitt organization and within the Marketing organization including, Paid Acquisition, Lifecycle, Design, Nurturing, Marketing Comms and more. The Director of Marketing for Tax Resolution will oversee high-impact go-to-market strategies ranging from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns down to lower-funnel conversion campaigns.

What you’ll do here:

• Partner closely with our Insights, User Research and Business Product teams to understand our ideal client, their needs, the broader competitive landscape, our service offerings and how these differentiate our business from competitors.
• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Sales, Product, Design, Paid Acquisition, Social, Content, Lifecycle, Website, and PR.
• Ensure alignment on product positioning and comms architecture across all channels including Marketing and the Product team.
• Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and ecific KPIs.
• Help define and operationalize the Marketing orchestration and delivery function at Jackson Hewitt.

Skills you’ll bring for success:

• 12+ years managing end-to-end product marketing at a tech, consumer finance or an innovative, challenger brand
• Experience leveraging a portfolio of “products” within a brand and the know-how to develop a one brand ‘ecosystem’ strategy
• Ability to develop and implement processes to scale marketing orchestration and delivery to succeed in a growing marketing and product orgs
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you
• Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our brand narrative, and resonate with our member bas
• Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a new business initiative within an existing Brand.
• Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence and indirectly lead cross functional teams.
