job summary:
A leading provider of Pharma / Medical Supplies, has an exceptional opportunity for a Director of Operations at their Los Angeles location. The Director of Operations will be responsible for Customer Service, Order Process, Onboarding / Intake, Triaging, and will monitor prescription processing. This role will also set the company's strategy, procurement material and resources, ensure compliance regulations are met, and put procedures in place to improve performance and the quality of customer service by implementing best practices at all levels of the organization by following pharmacy compliance to ensure state government and health plan requirements are followed.

  • Work with Medical Groups/IPAs, Physician Offices, and Insurance companies to ensure prescriptions claims are entered and billed correctly and timely

  • Manage vendor and referral relationships

  • Ensure all operations are cost-effective way

  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives and initiatives

  • Manage budgets and forecasts for the pharmacy operations

  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service and patient satisfaction
