  • Every facility has an in-house therapy team – no contract therapy company. All department teams work for the facility and share the same goals

Experience/Qualifications:
  • 2 -3 Years’ experience as a therapist
  • Licensed OT, OTA, PT, PTA, SLP
  • Knowledge of Medicare PDPM preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary communication skills
