Job description
Summary:Responsible for the overall operation of the rehabilitation product/services in Legacy Health Services managed facilities. This individual will be responsible for managing service delivery, program development, financial performance, clinical staffing levels, and client relations. They will ensure that the highest standard of services is delivered with the best possible outcomes for our residents. This person will be able to work collaboratively with facilities and vendors. They will also have extensive knowledge of applicable state/federal/payer guidelines, regulations and state practice acts. Must be able to monitor services for high quality outcomes and participate in payer medical reviews and assist with appeals management.
Experience and Requirements:
Management experience preferred
Knowledge of Nethealth and PointClickCare software
Willing to travel as needed with overnight travel on occasion.
Education/Licensure:
Degree from an accredited college/ university in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech pathology
Must Possess a license from the State of Ohio as an Assistant or Therapist. PT/OT/ST
