Willow Towers, a nationally recognized Assisted Living facility located in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a Director of Resident Care Services to join its team of dedicated professionals.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordination and execution of the care of residents throughout the campus, day to day staff oversight, and overall facility operations, under the leadership of the Executive Director.
Located within a well-appointed Assisted Living Facility known for its award winning care, this key position will have the opportunity to impact the results and outcomes of the facility, enjoy a quality of life in a professional and innovative setting, and be part of the team that leads the facility in achieving its clinical and operating objectives.
Position Qualifications:
- Degree in a healthcare field
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in an assisted living, nursing home or senior care role; demonstrated leadership experience; ability to manage teams and motivate staff
- Knowledgeable in Assisted Living regulations and operational requirements
- Strong communication and patient services skills; able to interact with, mediate and proactively solve resident problems
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
