We are looking for Director of Sales who will play a key role in our market expansion strategy and oversee the sales team. This role has a tremendous impact potential and offers an opportunity to establish the right processes and own the success of the sales function within the business. As a part of the executive team, you'll be making key decisions related to the company's growth targets, client acquisition strategy, market penetration, and sales process.
What you'll be working on:
- Lead development of sales to meet the sales and growth targets
- Develop successful partnership with new and existing clients serving as executive point of contact for all key accounts and hiring managers
- Meet company revenue and year-over-year growth goals
- Serve as expert in prospective clients' hiring trends and help the team win business
- Engage in strategic planning and market research to determine target clients, key trends, and new opportunities
- Partner with leadership to develop roadmap and milestones for the sales team along with the appropriate KPIs and targets
- Identify and implement best practices to refine and evolve our lead generation process and create a robust, scalable and effective process for the sales team
- Build strong alliance with the recruitment team and work collaboratively to achieve the best results
- Maintain strong focus on continuous delivery for our clients and superior customer experience
- Review and monitor quality of client deliverables, scope and estimate new engagement, and evaluate business needs
- Play a key role in hiring, developing, and mentoring Account Executives and Business Development Managers
- Negotiate contracts and secure mutually beneficial partnership for Mojo Trek and our clients
- Leverage professional and social media to promote Mojo Trek brand
What you need to have:
- 2+ years of experience leading a sales team in an agency setting
- 5+ years of business development experience in technology staffing and recruitment industry and a history of exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and results orientation
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment and with C-suite and Director-level executives
- Ability and willingness to own the sales function of the business and create culture to achieve breakthrough results
- Experience preparing and presenting winning proposals and presentations
- Must have great communication skills, a sense of urgency, and drive for results
- Creativity, collaboration, and the ability to work in high-growth, start-up environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
