A day in the life.

As Director of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Strategies– Retirement Services, you will work in tandem with the leadership team to create territory and national sales plans, incorporating best practices of market segmentation, wholesaling, and pipeline management. You will develop and maintain relationships with MMA Retirement advisors, field staff, plan sponsors, recordkeepers and carriers, assess the potential of NQDC sales opportunities, and support advisors and clients throughout the proposal, onboarding, and enrollment phase.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of retirement and/or Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plan experience
• Life and Variable Life insurance license with appointment in state of residence
• Securities registration and exams including Series 6 and 63
• 8+ years of universal life, variable life insurance, and mutual fund experience
• Strong knowledge base of Business Owner advanced sales solutions and concepts
