Your role at PFH:

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you are responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide recruiting efforts to obtain the right talent to support business needs, which includes internal mobility, executing various attraction and selection strategies to attract the talent needed across the diversified footprint of Brightli, which includes Burrell Behavioral Health and Preferred Family Healthcare.

You will:

  • Ensure the talent acquisition team effectively executes the full cycle recruitment process in alignment with standardized processes, including creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for their assigned region/team.
  • Develop and engage talent acquisition professionals to provide a best-in-class experience to both candidates and leaders.
  • Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
  • Lead targeted executive searches as well as provide leadership for critical vacancies.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of current Talent Acquisition activities and utilize this information to drive process and performance improvements.
  • Drive proactive candidate pipelining, slate quality, and diversity by developing a team that leverages innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas.
  • Evaluate labor market data on a regular cadence, with an emphasis on critical roles. Partner with the total rewards team to address compensation competitiveness as necessary.
  • Create Employment Value Proposition (EVP) and drive external employer branding strategy, partnering with marketing.

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

  • a Master's Degree in human resource management, communications, business, psychology or a closely related field; OR
  • a Bachelor's Degree in human resource management, communications, business, psychology, or a closely related field; AND
      • At least two (2) years experience in the area of the degree.
      • Professional HR Certification is preferred.
