Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center is looking to fill the position of Director of The Living Room (TLR). The Director of The Living Room (TLR) is a member of the Management Team, and performs a variety of work involving program development, staff supervision, crisis management, community relations, and network/resource building. The Director of The Living Room manages TLR staff and is responsible for coordinating the activities of The Living Room program. The Director of The Living Room works to coordinate and expand community outreach and support services and activities. The Director of The Living Room works with Team Leads to manage the schedule for The Living Room and ensure adequate coverage for the program. The Director also tracks program statistics, compiles reports, and works to ensure that program goals are being met.

This position requires some flexibility with one’s work schedule and must be available to work during program hours and activities; and be available to provide support/coverage. Currently, TLR is open 7 days/week from 12:00p-8:00p. Future expansion planned for a 2nd Living Room program in Evanston, with hours TBD.

The Director of The Living Room will be a seasoned clinician and program administrator with at least 5 years clinical and program management experience. The Director of The Living Room will hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Family Therapy, Social Work or related field, and also preferably hold a full license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Everyone in the building wears a mask; work is partly remote at this time; we have reopened our office to staff and clients, all new employees are required to be in person for a minimum of 2 days/week. Telehealth remains an option for staff and clients.
