Aspire of WNY has a long history of providing high quality supports and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We are currently seeking a full time Director of Therapeutic Services.

This position would lead the activities of the Article 16 Adult Therapy Services Department, including all satellite locations, as well as Behavioral Management Services within the Residential and Day Habilitation Divisions. Opportunities for cross divisional collaboration and input on innovative program development available.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in the field of therapeutic or rehabilitation services
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and a good working knowledge of rehabilitation practice operations
• Experience with long term therapy supports for individuals with I/DD preferred
