Champions is a division of KinderCare Learning Companies. In partnership with school districts, we provide quality out- of- school time programs for school-aged children. In this role you will be overseeing the general operation of an out of school time program for the Quabbin Regional School District. The Director ensures quality of the program, leads/develops a team of teachers, engages and builds confidence of the children, promotes the program and its benefits, ensures compliance with MA State licensing, supports families with the registration- billing process, and manages relationships with school Administration and families. * Degree or Some College Education/college credits related to education field are required for this position

*Creative (Curriculum is written, but we would love you to bring your own flair to the program)

Full time hours: flexible, current hours of operation are 7 am – 9 am, 3:00 pm- 6 pm, additional time is allotted for promoting program, and other administrative responsibilities including communication to families, program events, weekly connections with greater team and leadership and professional development.
