Director, Patient Experience
The Director, Patient Experience reports to the VP, Patient Operations/Chief Nursing Officer for the deployment of the Patient Experience Program and Complaint Resolution process across the continuum of care. This position collaborates with leadership to set strategic direction for delivering a consistent and exceptional patient experience throughout the organization. This position will work with management and staff to accomplish positive results and influence changes in policies, processes, practices, and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Healthcare related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in patient/healthcare relations, human services, or hospital experience in a clinical or professional area.
- Basic Life Support must be obtained during orientation and maintained
Skills needed:
- Strong organization and communication/presentation skills oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills necessary to work with patient satisfaction data analysis and report preparation
- Must be able to act as a change agent
- Ability to develop and maintain a high level of expertise in service excellence with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert
- Strong computer literacy and software experience needed in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat

Schedule: Full Time (Exempt), Monday-Friday 8-5
