DEPCOM is looking for a Director of Plant Services to join the team fully remote or local to Scottsdale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to lead teams with a hands-on approach to solve complex field issues at operating solar plants across the United States utilizing cutting-edge methods and tools. In this role, you will work with our field teams, suppliers, quality, procurement, remote operations center, performance, and engineering teams to lead short-term and long-term resolution of problems affecting sites with DEPCOM operations and maintenance.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Own and grow, strategically, DEPCOM's Top Issues Resolution Team
• Drive Top Issues projects to resolution, including solution roll-out to fleet, while collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Improve and formalize Top Issues Resolutions process, including RCA's and non-RCA's
• Create KPIs and develop operating rhythm, including recurring executive-level updates
• Feedback supplier lessons learned to project, procurement and quality teams
• Create intellectual property to differentiate DEPCOM as a leader in services
• Produce field upgrades and retrofit packages for broader market services offerings
• Identify and test new technologies and tools to achieve optimal productivity of personnel

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
• Experience in leading RCA teams with various engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, controls)
• Experience in validating designs
• Experience in resource management
• Experience in customer presentations

• Master's Degree in Business Administration
