Our client, a small hospital located in North Central NM, about 45 mins from Santa Fe, has a need for a Women’s & Children’s Services Manager/Director to join their team. This position reports to the CNO.

Manages all aspects of L&D unit, including scheduling, communications, provides resources and nursing expertise to professional and community colleagues, oversees L&D nursing and Special Care Nursery. Holds all staff accountable to professional guidelines. Oversees orientation and competency process for all staff. Oversees ordering, supplies, and financials for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSN in nursing
• Previous significant leadership experience in L&D
• Ability to support communication between nursing staff and providers
• Skills in educating staff
• Special Care Nursery Experience preferred

$25,000.00 Sign On opportunity with a 24 mth commitment
