Full Job Description

-Maintain high levels of sanitation and cleanliness
-Operation and up keep of dish machine
-Operation and up keep of triple sink
-Organizing and stocking clean dishes

Minimal plates and flatware, no glassware
Mostly pots, pans, and plastic serving trays

AM shifts are from 8am-3pm.
PM shifts are from 3pm-11pm at the latest.
