Position Summary:

As a general utility, you are responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant. Not only are you in charge of making sure all dishes, tools, and utensils are clean and sanitized, you also oversea the up keeping of the restrooms, storage and back areas, and any other BOH locations. Your knowledge in basic sanitation will help keep our restaurant clean and immaculate. Being on top of cleaning schedules and any projects from the managers, will be critical in ensuring that our restaurant is always pristine for our guests and staff.

Pay range is $14-$15, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure all china, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.

• Maintain dish area clean and organized.

• Restrooms are routinely checked for cleanliness, sanitized, and stocked.

• In charge of completing daily/weekly cleaning duties.

• Complete any opening/closing sidework assigned to you by management.

• Organize and maintain all storage areas.

• Function as a supportive team member during the course of the shift.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

You are:

• Able to work well under pressure and at a consistent pace.

• Able to communicate verbally and understand and follow written instructions.

• Hard worker and punctual.

You have:

• A passion and love for the Pizzana brand and everything #NeoNeapolitan

• Necessary food handlers certificate.

• Good physical stamina and energy and can carry up to 50lbs.
